My career in the mortgage business started in 1995 as a loan officer for a finance company, where I worked with customers and clients doing both refinancing and purchase loans. Then, in 1998, I was recruited by a mortgage lender here in Columbus, Ohio to be an account executive in the subprime market. During this time, I also served as a member of the President’s Circle attending conventions and seminars, expanding my knowledge of the mortgage industry. I then went on to work as the vice president of national sales and recruiting before joining Hallmark Home Mortgage. The one thing that has been common in my years of work in the mortgage industry has been my hard work and discipline each and every day. I love the mortgage business and am proud of my profession.

I moved to Columbus in 1993 after serving four years in the U.S. Navy. I am currently a member of the Ohio National Guard and just recently returned from a year long deployment in support of the Global War on Terrorism. When not at work, you'll find me working out or watching baseball.

When I decided to return to work in the mortgage industry as a senior mortgage consultant, the things that attracted me to Hallmark Home Mortgage are the personal service, the focus on the customer, the professionalism, the staff and the years of experience and knowledge. In addition, the in-house processing and underwriting are a huge advantage which gives us total control of the loan process. These assets allow me to create strong long term business relationships and give me the confidence to know that I am doing the best job for my valued customers.
