I have an engineering degree from Purdue
University, and worked for many years in sales
and sales management of engineered products with
a Fortune 500 company. Six years ago, I felt the
time was right to change careers and I chose the
mortgage industry.
As a senior mortgage consultant, I’m able to
apply the same high level of customer service,
honesty, integrity and effort that I had learned
and practiced in my past positions in order to
make the mortgage process a successful and
enjoyable experience for home buyers. My business
has successfully grown because of these core
values.
I am experienced in all types of loan
programs from conventional to FHA, VA,
construction loans and jumbo loans. My method
is to gather the facts of the scenario from my
clients and to make recommendations for a loan
based on those facts. My advice is always based
on what is best for my clients. I will take
whatever time they require to discuss the loan
process and answer questions to make sure that
they have a complete understanding of their loan
and the process.
I am married with two children who are recent
college graduates and are pursuing their own
careers. I now have more leisure time for golf,
tennis and other activities. I also have the
flexibility to meet with clients at any time
during the week that fits with their schedules.
At Hallmark Home Mortgage we have control of
our loans from application through closing,
which provides us the ability to process loans
in an expeditious manner. The many lenders that
we are associated with allow us to match our
client’s needs to the right loan program and to
find the best interest rates. Our team is a
group of professionals with many years of
experience and the willingness to help one
another in this complex industry. At Hallmark we
have all the tools necessary for success.
Please contact me to start your loan process
today. I look forward to working with you.
