My career in the mortgage industry started in 2002 when I joined Mortgage Plan Financial Services as a Mortgage Consultant. Although new to the industry, I wasn’t new to the idea of superior customer service. My entire career has been based on the premise of 'taking care of the client is my only job.' Knowledge is power and educating my clients - especially first-time home buyers - is one of the most important things I can do for them. Homeowners need to have someone in their corner, looking out for them. And that is what I do.

Recently MPFS merged with Hallmark Home Mortgage. The opportunities for providing excellent customer service and a multitude of lending options have been possible, thanks to Hallmark.

When I’m not working I enjoy bicycling, gardening, writing children’s books, and photography. My husband and I are what you might call 'bicycle enthusiasts.' We love nothing more than taking our two kids on bike rides. It’s especially thrilling when my four year old says – while riding no-handed – “Look Mom, just like Lance.”
