Dianne Pierce - Senior Mortgage Consultant

My residential mortgage experience began in 1985 as a loan originator for Peoples Mortgage Company. I became an approved FHA underwriter in 1992, and later served as branch manager for DMR Financial Services and then Alliance Mortgage Company.

Because my real love is to meet and assist home buyers, I returned to the role of mortgage loan originator/consultant in 1999.

My work philosophy is and always has been to listen and help customers with honest answers, to smooth the path to homeownership, and to match customers' needs with the mortgage products that best suit them.

My past memberships include the Board of Directors for the Northeast Chapter of the Indiana Mortgage Bankers Association, and that led to a committee post for the first Summit City Home Buyers Fair at Taylor University in 1997.

I am a mother, wife and grandmother, and I enjoy spending time with family and friends, as well as serving as a scrip coordinator and council member at St. John Lutheran Church.
