Jennifer Sheil - Senior Mortgage Consultant

I am a native Cincinnatian and have been originating loans for more than 10 years after graduating from Ursuline Academy and Miami University.

I have experience with all kinds of property types, borrowers, and loan products including FHA, VA, 203K, OFHA (Ohio Bond), Conventional 30, 20 and 15 year, Construction Loans, and Investor Rehab Loans. My customers benefit greatly from my can-do attitude and understanding of what it takes to get a loan to closing.

Away from work, I love being with my family. My husband and I live in Miami Township, and have been married for 12 years. We have two children, Maggie and Sarah, and three dogs, Jasmine, Lily and Stanley.

At work, I take a personal interest in every loan as if it were my own transaction. Deciding to buy a home or refinance a mortgage is a big step, and it’s important to work with someone who has experience, and who knows and understands the lending and real estate markets. My goal is to be your trusted advisor, to secure the best terms, and to ensure the terms fit your personal situation and meet your long-term family plans.

Your convenience is my priority, and I work hard to customize my approach to meet your needs. I can meet with you in person or do the loan via phone/fax/web. Whether it’s during the business day, after hours or on the weekend, I will make the time for you.

We represent more than 10 different lenders, each with unique products and key areas of focus. That gives us the ability to shop for you and find the best rate and program. It would be very time consuming, costly and taxing for you to research all the investors and their programs. At Hallmark, we keep it simple, with direct access to the lenders and their rates. We do the work for you and bring your best option to the table.

And, because we underwrite and fund our own loans in house, the loan process is smooth and seamless.
