I have been in the real estate industry since 1995, starting as a sales associate for a prominent local home builder. After 5 years of selling new homes, I was offered a position in the mortgage business and have worked for Waterfield Mortgage and Countrywide Home Loans, which was purchased by Bank of America. The world of corporate banking didn’t blend well with the high level of customer service I had become accustomed to providing at Waterfield. So when Ron Morr, a former colleague, offered me the chance to join Hallmark Home Mortgage, I was thrilled at the opportunity to be reunited with my Waterfield  family!

My personal customer service philosophy is that every borrower is buying their dream home, regardless of the transaction amount. I want each of my clients to feel like they are the most important client in the world.  Good communication and setting proper expectations are crucial to making the process as trouble-free and enjoyable as possible.

My husband is a Real Estate Broker and I have an 18 year old daughter.  My very small amount of spare time is spent looking for creative recipes for my family and friends. I also enjoy reading, and I believe that Netflix is the best thing that ever happened to movies!
