For the last 22 years, my career in the real
estate and mortgage industry has rewarded me
through helping folks just like you. Indeed,
seeing others achieve their dream of homeownership is a source of joy for me.
Growing up on a farm in rural Ohio taught me
great American values and a strong work ethic.
Being an active leader throughout high school
and college, I continued my pursuit of
excellence in all areas of my life.
I entered the real estate business in 1986 and
worked as a member of the Fort Wayne Area
Association of Realtors®. As my business grew, I
received my broker license, the Graduate of
Realtor® Institute and Certified Residential
Specialist designations. In 2002 I joined GMAC
Mortgage, where I originated mortgages for the
next 6 ½ years, and was chosen to spearhead the
launch of the extraordinary
Home Buyers Scouting Report® in Northeastern
