I’ve lived in Columbus, Ohio for 22 years and have been in the mortgage business for 21 years. I began as a loan officer in Fort Wayne and then came to Columbus to manage the Waterfield Financial office in Worthington, Ohio. My office was the #1 Waterfield branch for many years and I received numerous honors for my personal production as well as the production of my loan officers.

My philosophy is that the customer always comes first. Professionalism, trust, and knowledge are what I bring to the mortgage process every step of the way. I am committed to providing a premium level of service, and will counsel and advise on the best mortgage products available and ensure that the transaction runs smoothly. Experience does count, and that is what Hallmark Home Mortgage and I have to offer.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the top homebuilders in Columbus, and have developed a great deal of expertise in new construction. I’m able to draw on this knowledge and experience to make the new construction finance process successful and trouble-free. I also enjoy working with first-time home buyers and know how to structure the best mortgage for their specific needs.

When not at work, I enjoy exercising and spending time with my wife and two daughters. I particularly enjoy hanging out at our lake home where it seems like a vacation every weekend. Boating, skiing and evening campfires by the lakefront are my favorite ways to relax. I am also active in our church.

This is a huge advantage for my customers. We also have in-house processing and underwriting which allows our loans to get approved and closed quickly.
