- Basement
- Crawl space
- Age
- Insulation
- Heating system
- Stair width
- Air conditioning

Check these items in each room
- All faucets working properly
- All showers working properly
- Switch ON/OFF all lights
- Toilets flush correctly
- Furnace working properly
- Air conditioning working
- All doors open and close
Note anything you want to have fixed by the seller and include it on the contract negotiations before signing the contract. Any repairs should be contingent upon the home inspection. Before you close, do a walk-through of the home to make sure all issues on the contract have been addressed.
